I want to thank the many of you who have signed up already. Be sure you have registered both for the hotel and the Festival.
We are trying to make sure of this, but it is easier for individuals to check.
We do have flooring for the PLUS and Round Dance Hall from Dance Jam Productions.
The flooring in the DBD/Advanced hall is the hotel flooring.
The SSD/Mainstream hall has carpet. So you might want to bring smooth shoes or coverings to help you slide.
I hope your clubs are contributing auction baskets. Some clubs may be working together and that is great.
We will also need some folks to help sell raffle tickets and auction basket tickets.
We have room for more dancers. The hotel appears to be filling up fast.
We extended the registration for the same price to August 15. Be sure to reserve hotel rooms.
After August 15th. Registrations will be considered walk-in with $15 more for each grouping.
$85 for full three-days without the hotel, $70 if you can also get a hotel, etc.
We are still working with the hotel about food availability and ice cream.
The Tentative Square Dance Schedule is below. The Round dancing schedule will be available next week.
